Another great festival! Bend Oregon is a fabulous town - close to mountains and rivers, film lovers, and everything we love in a community from organic bakeries to outdoor shops. The staff and volunteers at this festival worked overtime to make us feel special and to promote screenings. I'm not just gushing for the sake of it - we made some solid connections with other filmmakers and saw some really good films as well. If you're a filmmaker, do NOT miss this festival next year.

In the end, the icing on the cake was that we were awarded Best Conservation Film! Hoping to get back to Oregon in the next few months for a community screening or two, so stay tuned.

Special thanks to Kerry and his posse of pets who put us up and to Owen who gave us the best souvenirs (www.mugrevolution.com)
